This challenge was designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition. Eat 800 grams (g) of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, per day. 

No foods are eliminated, but only fruits and veggies count toward the 800g. Eat the fruits and veggies of your choice. Hit the macros you want.

Raw, cooked, canned, frozen; doesn’t matter!  If you can weigh it as a standalone and unprocessed fruit or vegetable, you can count it. Yep, that’s it! Here’s a one-sheet with all the rules and scoring details.

So why 800g? It’s associated with increased health and is a simplified way to hit those recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. Read more here.

  • Register for the Challenge through your GymMaster app no later than December 4, 2020. 


We will host a meeting via FaceBook Live to go over all of the Challenge rules and answer your questions. Be sure to tune in!

We will be using SugarWOD to log scores, leaderboard, and fist bump throughout the Challenge. More info on scoring and logging can be found here.


We will be giving away cash prizes to the 3 participants that log the most points during the Challenge period. Exactly how much cash depends on the number of people we get signed up. We will be paying out 26 percent of fees collected! So, reach out to your favorite workout buddies and encourage them to sign up and help that pot of prizes grow! In addition, we will also have weekly incentive challenges posted to our social media. We will have 2 drawings each week for a $10 gift card to a local business for participants who complete the weekly incentive challenge. Winners of gift cards will be selected by random draw of all eligible participants. All participants of the Challenge will be placed in a drawing to win some sweet ELC gear; 3 people will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants at the end of the Challenge period. Any and all ties will be broken by random draw.
