Please Note: Before beginning CrossFit classes, we require the CrossFit OnRamp Course. This course is your first step to joining CrossFit ELC. 

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. It is the principal strength and conditioning program tools that we use at ELC!

Our program delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness, and on average, punish the specialist.

CrossFit OnRamp

3 Sessions | Flexible Scheduling 

Our required OnRamp class is 1:1 for beginners. During OnRamp you will be taught the proper mechanics of CrossFit exercises, learn about intensity and making it relative to your ability, learn to scale workouts and movements, and learn about the training and methodologies of CrossFit.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. These classes will have a large amount of variety from class to class meaning if you come to CrossFit classes 4 times a week you will do a different workout each time! Learn how to develop mental & physical strength, how to set goals & achieve them, and how to build a rock-solid mindset.
