Although I chose a career in Law Enforcement I found at a very early age I needed balance in my life and I found it in exercise! I wanted to help others find that balance and empowerment that I found. I began coaching junior and senior high sports while I was in college and continued throughout my life adding certifications and training self defense, personal training, senior and group fitness.  After retiring as a police lieutenant in 2017, I realized there was a piece missing and added nutrition coaching.
