Class format changes using a full-body conditioning workout for everyone designed to enhance muscle definition, balance, strength, and endurance. The class uses resistance bands, weights, your own body weight, and suspension training, and includes some cardio interval training.

A cardiovascular workout that utilizes the step in varying speeds, positions, and directions. This workout will strengthen your body one step at a time!

Fighter

A total body workout combining kickboxing and self-defense techniques, focusing on
cardiovascular endurance and core training. Learn basic kickboxing and self-defense
techniques while at the same time improving your conditioning through high-intensity interval training, and bodyweight exercises.

Spin

With a focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, Spin class uses a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel to give you a low impact challenge! With an instructor leading the way, you will get to make this work out your own yet tackle the workout as a crew!

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a broad term used to describe many styles of yoga; a Vinyasa is essentially any union of movement and breath. In this class, you can expect to pay extra attention to your breath as it leads your body through a repeated movement or sequence. This flowing style of yoga is perfect for those cultivating body awareness, mindfulness, & confidence in their practice.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is an all-encompassing style of yoga that lays the foundation of your practice.  This practice of basic asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) is perfect for those looking for a relatively gentle, slow and relaxed class.

Restorative Hatha

Unlike Hatha yoga, where a typical class could include up to 20 – 30 poses, restorative yoga usually focuses on five or six poses, using props that will allow you to relax into the pose and hold it for longer periods of time (up to five minutes). With a focus on relaxing the body fully in each pose, you will leave the room feeling lighter, rejuvenated and comfortable.
