Jeanne started practicing yoga in 2007 and has practiced regularly since then. She received her 200 hour teacher training certificate from Haute Yogis in Fargo, ND in 2017. She loves all types of yoga, and is particularly fond of slow yoga flows that warm the body and simultaneously calm the mind. She loves to teach restorative practices the most that are grounding and accessible for all levels and all body types. Jeanne believes that anyone can experience the benefits of yoga on the physical body and mind which include the ability to stay in the present moment and quiet the clutter than can cloud your day. Outside of teaching yoga, Jeanne is a psychotherapist and utilizes yoga, mindfulness and other mind/body skills in her clinical practice. She has three beautiful children and enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
